All of our clothing is handmade by small family-run businesses in Pokhara, Nepal using sustainable Hemp fibre. The fibre is spun in Himalayan villages and then beautifully crafted into our clothing. Our hemp fibre is grown naturally; free of pesticides, insecticides and other nasties! It is four times stronger than cotton and uses a fraction of the land and water for the same yield.
We cherish the work of our Nepalese families and ensure they earn a fair wage and have safe, clean working conditions. We are much more than just a brand and try to give back in any way possible and what's more?!... every order plants a tree to help replenish forests around the world!
Our Jannu Top is named after the Jannu Mountain in Nepal's Himalayas. It is the 32nd highest mountain in the world. The hemp fibre is natural, undyed and chemical-free; it even gets softer with every wash!
