Disappointed and Terrible Customer Service

I very rarely write reviews but I feel I've been left with no choice here. I've tried to contact the company 4 times regarding a jumpsuit I bought that ripped the first time wearing it along the entire crotch seam. The seam was very weak and looked like a different colour to the rest of the item. I am deeply disappointed at the lack of response I've received - its been over a month of me trying to get in contact now to receive a refund or replacement with no answer at all.

This is supposed to be a sustainable brand and clothes that break first use despite being baggy if anything fit wise, are not sustainable. I am incredibly dissapointed and still await a response.

Please be cautious when buying from here, sustainability is so important for our environment and this brand are claiming this while not seeming to actually embody sustainability in my experience.

Bad sizing chart and no returns

i measured myself multiple times and ask my sister to get me a jumpsuit for Christmas. once i tried it on my shoulders had no room to move and was incredibly uncomfortable. shoulders arent an measuring option on sizing chart. my sis and i tried to contact customer support for a return or size change but no reply back ever. theres a return policy and we both tried to no luck getting help to return but no replys or info. i really love the style but I'm sad that we couldn't get one to fit.

Love it

I was a little skeptical about hemp clothing at first, but this jumpsuit has completely changed my mind. It's surprisingly soft and comfortable, and I can wear it all day without any discomfort.

Thin material & not a good fit

I own the original jumpsuit which is amazing, wear it all the time. I fed back that the only thing missing was pockets, they took that on board (I wasn’t the only person to say) and redesigned with pockets. Finally got round to getting a second jumpsuit and it’s changed completely, thin material, the sizing has changed so it’s too short in the body and the cut really exaggerates when I get bloat. I’d been really confident in loving this so had already disposed of the packaging etc or I’d be returning it. I did message the founder but didn’t hear back. I still love Hemp and Hope and will continue to shop with them, just really disappointed in this jumpsuit now.

Absolutely gorgeous!

I got these after having the burgundy yangra jumpsuit for almost a year and I am so glad I did! They are aboslutely gorgeous! A slightly thinner fabric than the burgundy ones but that makes them super versatile! The sizing is great, I got a size 8 after using my top measurements and they fit perfectly! Thank you so much! Absolutely love this shop :)
